Is it true that you can get chicken fingers anywhere?

So I read somewhere awhile back that kids can get chicken fingers at any restaurant even if they aren't on the menu. Is this true? Emilie is so picky so alot of places we haven't tried because the kids menu has nothing on it she will eat. That is why we do so many buffets because we know she will find something there. If this is true, this will open up alot of great places for us to eat!

I have never heard this and infact, I have read that they are getting harder to find. Maybe someone knows differently from first hand experience.

We've found you can get mac & cheese almost anywhere. Doesn't hurt to ask!!

I have no clue, but it doesn't hurt to ask at all! Why not just call WDW-DINE and ask them? Maybe they will have a definitive answer.

I can't answer your question but when I called Coral Reef I asked about getting fries for my son. I was told it wouldn't be a problem even though they aren't on the menu.

When I talked to the lady at Disney I was told that most places will do what they can. We have this problem with three kids and she said that most places will go out of their way to get you what you want.

I know Ohana will. DS wasn't eating much on our first visit there, so our waiter offered to get him some macaroni and cheese and some chicken strips. This last trip, DS just ordered the chicken strips adn mac and cheese immediately. I am betting that all of the other restaurants would do that for you.

There are a few things you can get at any WDW restaurant.

chicken fingers
firench fries
mac and cheese.

My kid is the PICKIEST....I have had to ask more than once for her.

I can just imagine strolling in to Victoria & Alberts, sitting down and ordering the Mac 'n Cheese and Chicken Fingers.

If you pay the money it costs to actually eat there, you should be able to get whatever you want. Hey, as long as you are in dress code, why should they care that you are paying $90 a head for fingers and mac.

Yes, I think this is true. Actually, I have found that if you ask nice enough, you can get just about anything you want at WDW!

Sorry I was so off base Willbegone. I have been reading lots of complaints at another site and from the sounds of it, the chicken was disappearing from most places. That's what I get for reading at other sites, lol

We ate at a bunch of different restaurants the last time we went and they all had chicken fingers--except for the Hoop De Doo--they had Fried Chicken though!
