Help with PS

There are alot of places that my DH and I would like to try for breakfast and dinner for the week that we are there. However we dont want to go CRAZY and book alot of PS and then maybe not make it or change our minds.

I was wondering if there were 2 places that you would pick that we HAVE to try and SHOULDNT miss, Which 2 would it be? And would we need to use PS?
The 2 we were going to try was Crystal Palace and Boma.

(short list of places that we have tried: Spoodles, Ohana @Poly, California Grille, Coral Reef, Rose&Crowne, )
Thank you :)

The two not to be missed?

1.) Kona Cafe for breakfast (a tradition for us)

2.) Flying Fish (since you already said Spoodles).

A 2b would be Boma, if you would prefer a buffet type meal. (oops, you said that!)

I would go for Whispering canyon cafe liberty tree tavern those are a couple of my families favorites
for epcot we love the mexican restaurant in mexico and nine dragons in china ( we had a huge lunch there family style and it was 1499 per person but got lots of food)
50 s prime time is another fave of mine love the PB&J milkshakes yummy

Tiggerlover: Do I need to use PS for the 50s PrimeTime? I was thinking about maybe either an early lunch (if poss) or a late dinner. Thanks :) Is it poss to just stop in there to try a milkshake and maybe a small late desert?

Thanks for the help Im going to put it on PS list for one time and then try again to walk in on another and see what happens.
