Icon10 Where Do we eat for 25th Wedding anniversary?

My wife and I are going to be in Orlando area and WDW Oct3-Oct17. Our 25th Wedding Anniversary is OCT9 and we want to eat somewhere special at Disney. I am considering Bistro de Paris at Epcot. We like most types of food, but nothing weird or way out there. Any suggestions?? Best choices for a 25th anniversary meal???

Re: Where Do we eat for 25th Wedding anniversary?

I've done several anniversaries, including our 10th after a surprise vow renewal, at California Grill. Narcoossee's and Victoria and Albert's are very good suggestions as well. Bistro might not be bad either, but I'm not a Francophile. For both Narcoossee's and California Grill, try to time your meal to coincide at some point with MK fireworks.

California Grill or Victoria and Albert's are the first things that come to mind.

Re: Where Do we eat for 25th Wedding anniversary?

Artist's Point in Wilderness Lodge is a beautiful restaurant - and it's QUIET - which I prefer - especially for an anniverary dinner where you'd like to be able to talk to one another. Flying Fish on the Boardwalk is very nice too. The Bistro de Paris is intimate (make sure you make reservations at the Bisto - not the Chefs de France).

California Grill simply makes my head ache. The noise level is high.

Of course, if you want to go all out, you can't go classier than Victoria & Albert's.

Ah yes...the noise level in Cali Grill. Never thought about that. Good point!

My vote is the California Grill. Great food complete with sunset and fireworks. Personally I didn't think the noise level was bad at all.

That's what I'm talking about!
Artist Point sounds perfect to me. Reasonably priced, nice quiet restaurant, beautiful resort & I wouldn't regret the bill in the morning... Thanks llama!

I was so surprised and happy when we ate there last trip. They gave us a table right by the window and we could watch the sun go down over the lake. The servers were so nice and knew how to give you just the right amount of attention. The food was good too. I guess everyone has different ideas on how to spend an anniversary - but I think it would be just about perfect.

Re: Where Do we eat for 25th Wedding anniversary?

V and A is the best for that sort of thing. Plus the classiness of the GF. The rose, personalized menu with date and the music all add to it. Plus, the seatings are small, happen at the same time, everyone is well dressed and you don't have giant families bumping around. The 2 1/2 hours also insures that the wait staff won't rush you around to squeeze in some more diners.
