e-mail for WDW Guest Communications

Does anyone have the e-mail for WDW Guest Communications.

My wife had a reaction to food at a WDW resort restaurant in June. We had a difficult time obtaining information from the restaurant and sent a letter to WDW Guest Communications. We received a call from WDW Guest Communications on 12 Jul saying they would send us a check to reimburse us for dinner. So far, as of today 7 Sep, we have received nothing. I was going to e-mail WDW Guest Communications to find out if we've been forgotten.

I would talk to a LIVE person. Be sure to get names also. That way you can track who tells you what. Just a suggestion.

I agree, but it's sad that when Disney calls and tells you something that you have to follow up. It's very bad customer service. There was a time when Disney was tops in customer service. I have to say, in lots of ways, it is really lacking these days.

IMO.. I think it is because they outsourse some of their customer service.. therefor loosing the personal touch and follow through.

Last few times we've been to WDW the service at the resorts, and I'm talking Boardwalk and Yachtsman has been lacking. Very surprising to me. Everything from Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Guest Services. I've been just amazed. I've been going to Disney since '79 and I've never seen it this way.

I sent them an e-mail yesterday. We'll see how long it takes to respond.

I DO like that card that flips. How do you do that??

It will take two weeks. The people at Guest Communication that I have met are very good and very dedicated. I doubt that they have forgotten about it.

Even if Disney is failing (which is hard for me the Cast Member to agree with) they are still above and beyond everyone in the service field.
