Cinderella's Royal Table

Hello everyone. I'm new to this forum. My boyfriend and I are going to Disney World this June for the second time. I would love to check out Cinderella's Royal Table to meet the characters. My mom just told me that you have to leave a credit card number and a lot of stuff that you have to go through just to get a reservation there. Is this true? I just want to know ahead of time and to be forwarned in case this is true. If it is, then I won't go through the hassal. Thank you all.

Oh My, yes! This is THE HARDEST reservations to get. The characters are only there in the morning (unless it's changed). I bumped up a thread with some tips of how to get reservations if you're interested in trying, so check out that thread. If you don't care to see the characters, then book a lunch or dinner, I believe those are a lot easier to get.

Good Luck and let us know if you do want to try. There are several members who have some great tips.

Tragic, the 60 day 'window of opportunity' for June's frantic dialing for CRT breakfast reservations is closed - you'd have to call constantly and ask for any available spot a couple times a day to try to get one. Lunch or Dinner is a better bet right now, but no guarantee of characters.

Hello
You may get lucky if you call once you get into DW and see if there are any cancellations. This worked for us the first time we went to DW. Good luck!:)

Welcome to DC, The CRT is hard to get as said before. you have to call 60 days out from the day you want and better be on the phone right at 7:00 am or you will not get it. Good luck and enjoy DC you will learn all kinds of info here and have a good day.

thank you all!!

Thanks guys for the advice. Bummer, 60 days for a reservation?!? My boyfriend and I planned this vacation toward the end of last month. I would really love to meet the characters there. I read in BirnBaum's book that Snow White and Belle are there so that's why I want to go. I didn't get to meet them during our last trip. But, thank you all for the advice. I really appreciate it. :)

Tragic, if it's Snow White and Belle you want to meet, they often also appear at Storybook Princess breakfast over in Norway in Epcot. It's a little more laid back than CRT, and you *might* have a chance of getting in there.

Thanks for the tip. I really want to meet a lot of the princesses like Snow White and Belle. I would also love to meet Sleeping Beauty too. Any idea where I can find her?

She is at Epcot's Princess Storybook Breakfast too... at least she was on 2 different occasions when we went. They say on all of the listings that the characters appearing are subject to change but I would say it's a safe be that she'll be there. Other than the Epcot b-fast and CRT I haven't seen Aurora anywhere else!

Had to drag my scrapbook out - at Storybook, we saw Belle, Mulan, Snow White, Mary Poppins, and Princess Aurora. After the breakfast, we were told by Mulan, that they went off to their respective 'countries': Belle goes to France, Mulan to China, Snow White to Germany or stays in Norway, Mary Poppins over to UK, and Princess Aurora was staying in Norway (that day). This was the first week in December. She said other than Aurora, the princesses are tucked into the shops and alleys of World Showcase quite often, but you have to look for them, and to check the show guide.

Cinderella is often found at the Judge's Tent in Toontown.

Have you called for a Storybook reservation?

I can't find Storybook anywhere!! I have the BirnBaum's book and it doesn't list Storybook in Epcot at all! I also have the map for Epcot and it's not listed there.

The storybook meal in Epcot is real new.
The castle for dinner can be real nice. I went with my wife.
I made resv's for a half an hour before the fireworks and we showed 15 minutes early. Were seated right on the center window, they turn down the lights and pipe in the music, it's a great view.
A couple should definately do this in WDW. (And I believe most of the tables by the window only seat 2...)

Dave
:D :) :laugh :D
I go on Friday the 23rd...................

Like Dave said, the Storybook breakfast in Norway is still new. I think still less than a year old. But if you call the WDW-DINE number they can see if they can get you a PS. I'd try it...since CRT is soooo hard a lot of people have started doing the Norway one, but if you can get in it's well worth it. When we went in Oct we saw Pocohantas, Belle, Jasmine and Sleeping Beauty. I understand the princesses do change there. Let us know what you do. BTW, if you've really got your heart set on CRT, sometimes if you show up as soon as you can get in the front gates they'll have an opening. Good luck.

Bear in mind that the Storybook breakfast is new, and that the castle in Norway does not have characters at any other meal. It is located at Restaurant Akkershus (sp) on your Epcot map.

It was introduced after a lot of the guidebooks went to press last year.
