Dole Whip????

Okay I have never had a Dole Whip at WDW. Am I missing something unbelievable? I've heard alot about them so I'm thinking of trying one in March. What exactly is in these things?? Are they really that good?? :dazed

I've tried it. It was like soft serve ice cream and to me nothing special. I personally perfer hard packed ice cream to soft serve. But, it is good on a hot day! Eat it fast! As for what is in it.... ??

I loooooooooove Dole Whips. In my opinion they are the best way to cool down on a hot day. It basically is a cup of pineapple soft-serve ice cream. No Disney trip is complete for me without one.

I like the Dole Whip and Vanilla ice cream swirled together. Yumm! Very refreshing!

I love dolewhip floats which is pineapple juice withe the pineapple and vanilla icecream in it like a float yummy I love any kind of ice cream I can get but on a really hot day this is so refreshing

I don't know what this is called, but it's along the same line. It's vanilla ice cream/soft serve, and orange sherbert?? like. It is sooo good. It is sold near the tiki bird area i believe. I don't like pinapple so I never get that. All these years we've gone and got it, i have no idea what it's called. We just call it the orange ice cream! haha

Goofygal, that is called the Citrus Swirl. There is also a Strawberry Swirl at the stand near the Teacups. The Strawberry Swirl is my personal favorite!

Oooooooo..... STRAWBERRIES (said like Homer Simpson). Strawberries are my favoriet! I will definetly have to get that one thanks for the tip.

A Dole Whip is so much more than mere Soft Serve. To begin with it is the most silky smooth, fresh, amazing, pure soft serve on the earth. Second it is the ultimate blend of Pineapple you will every experience. Third, the Disney Cast members serving this tropical treasure are wonderful, always friendly, and very willing to help you out. Finally, as Tiggerlover said, you haven't really lived until you upgrade to the Pineapple Float... what an awesome experience of Nirvana, Totally Enjoyment, and Flavor all wrapped into one. A Dole Whip or a Pineapple Float at Disney are far above a common DQ Soft Serve, this is an Ultimate in the cheaper snacks to be found at WDW. I had two in one day on my last visit. They are truly a small sampling of Heaven. Have three on me. ;)

What I really love are the chocolate and nut coated frozen bananas at MGM. Oooooohhh babyyyyy!:p

Ok you guys really have my mouth watering for this Dole WHip(me=pineapple lover:heart :D :p ) Between Boma,Jiko,ohana and mickeys bbq I know I'm going to pack on some disney pounds:whistle:
