Just tried to call the 800 # (1-800-711-4344) and it's inactive!

I haven't seen a new one. Sadly, I think Disney doesn't want to pay for our calls.

I know Dining Reservations are available starting at 7am according to allears. Am I to assume this is EST since it's not specified?

The toll free number was nice when it was around. I tried it a two months ago and had same result. Not a good number.
