From what I have seen of the list of participating restaurants, Rainforest is not on the dining plan.

They were on the plan a long time ago, but are not any more. The food is not that good, you are paying for atmosphere. It is a fun place.

Rainforest does give discounts to DVC members and AP holders.
You're not missing that much.
