Everyone I know is wondering if this restaurant is worth the price of
60.00 per person. Or should we wait for Free Dining. Seems expensive
to me for Pasta. Please any help would be appreciated.

IT ISN'T. Check out the other "italian" thread that has the menu posted. The $60-per-person is ONLY for the "family-style" dinner; the regular menu items are in keeping with several other venues in terms of price range.

It still seems like alot more $$ than the others to me.

We have the basic dining plan in June. Can you order the family dinner on the dining plan?

It really isn't that bad, if you look at the other WDW venues of similar quality. The entrees at Chefs de France range between $24.95-31.95 (although they have two cheaper vegetarian offerings at under 20.00); Le Cellier goes from 21.99-34.99; Marrakesh runs 21.95-35.95, with a combo offering at 41.95 per person. If you add in spots like California Grill, Kona Cafe, Coral Reef and the Brown Derby, it's easy to find plenty of restaurants all over the map in the same price range as Tutto Italia's.

Are there cheaper places? Certainly. But for something a little nicer, I'd consider TI as an option as much as I would any of the others in that group. The dining plan question is a good one, though, and it'll be interesting to see the answer to that.

I don't know but we are going to be trying it in a few days, I sure hope the food is good.

I have my fingers crossed too...we will be trying it on our trip too. We loved Alfredos (years ago), but that went downhill the last few years it was open (IMHO).

We will be at Epcot on May 10th - but we have an ADR at the Coral Reef (6:20 pm) Our Tutto ADR is for May 15th at 8:45. I'll keep an eye out for you all!! We should have some sort of MB pin or something.

I can't wait to enjoy the Flower and Garden festival!

Tutto Italia is better than Alfredo's.
It may be a little pricey, but the portions and quality are worth it.
As others have posted, it's not out of line with anyplace else in World Showcase pricewise.
I don't think the family dinner is an option open to DDP guess because it includes appetizers, which the basic DDP no longer covers.
We did the deluxe dining plan a few weeks ago and ate at Tutto Italia. Our dinner was well worth the one table credit. The meal's cost was on order of $100 for two with desserts and appetizers.

I am going to say the opposite. I loved Alfredo's and didn't care for Tutto Italia. The desserts were good though. Mind you, I went right after the change and maybe they were still working on getting it right. Reading up on the reviews at allears though, it's the second lowest rated sit down meal just above The San Angel Inn in Mexico. In fact, my review of it is on that site as well.
