Crystal Palace Breakfast Helpp!!

Hello all WDW lovers!

This year my family will be going to eat at the Crystal Palace for the first time, SURPRISINGLY! We are goign to the character breakfast, because my niece is just head over HEELS when it comes to Winnie and his friends! Anyone have any advice or stories they'd like to share on their experience there? Who was there? How was the food? Thanks everyone!

Re: Crystal Palace Breakfast Helpp!!

The food is excellent. They have an omelet station and of course a large selection of fresh fruits, meats, Mickey waffles, etc.
Nothing special I can relate about the characters other than I've seen Tigger bounce a few times. CP is a breakfast favorite.

We love CP too, and go every visit. Tigger is my DH's favorite. Pooh, Eyore, Tigger and Piglet all come to your table. The food selection is very good, and pretty tasty, and they gather all the kids for a parade every hour or so - it's a lot of fun!!

ENJOY!!!

Re: Crystal Palace Breakfast Helpp!!

I think we've eaten there on our anniversary once as well, either that or it was the day after my birthday. We've eaten there so many times, I'm just not sure anymore.
The Davids ate there last year for Cubby's birthday and they did the Mickey confetti and streamers on the table for him.

We went for my DDs birthday and there was confetti and streamers on the table and all the characters signed her card. When it was time for the parade, they had her hold a happy birthday sign!

It's a really nice place with yummy food!

Re: Crystal Palace Breakfast Helpp!!

The Crystal Palace buffet for breakfast just may be the largest. You can't go wrong and when you are done eating, you are already in the park. Very smart move. Especially if you have the ADR for opening time that day.

We actually have reservations for BEFORE the park opens! I am excited about that.

HINT! Don't rely on your ADR to get you seated at that time! Get there 30 minutes before they will let you into the park! Tricky guys who know their way around know that if you get their first, they will seat you first if it is within a certain time frame. People with an 8:30 ADR will get seated before the 8:00 ADR if they get their first. The timing of seating is based on how many seats are available over a set period of time. The 8:30 ADR seating is available at 8:00 at the larger restaurants. This only works for breakfast.

Re: Crystal Palace Breakfast Helpp!!

Definetly get there before ADR time. There is a check in window to the left of the front door that is where you check in and get your buzzer. We have only been for lunch but loved it and we too don't miss it on any trip!

Re: Crystal Palace Breakfast Helpp!!

We went for the first time on my DS's 5th birthday It was great we had a party of 10 and they were all great! Our waiter was excellent! Pooh came over to help out with the cake...even tho it was breakfast...and put the cake in DS's chin. It is my favorite picture from our vacation. The whole experience made the trip! I'll try to attach a pic but never done it before so we'll see what happens.
I'll try later, I think it needs to be smaller???
