September ADRs still available!!

We just recently changed our dates to add 4 days/nights AND two friends have decided to join us for 5 days!!! So....we had to add 2 people to our existing ADRs, and we changed a few around...just telling you this because I was Very Surprised to find many great restaurants with good availability for the beginning of Sept....if you have not made your ADRs, get them while they are there!!!

We changed Ohana Dinner to a Kona Dinner for 8, no problem. We rescheduled our special Cinderella's Royal Table from a Sat. to a Wed, no problem. We added Ohana Breakfast, got great late time, 10:50, no problems!

We COULD NOT change our days from Sept. 2-14 to Sept. 1-13 however, as they were out of Free Dining days...we were trying to change to get a last spin on Primeval Whirl! Oh well.....

Okay, we could never get Le Cellier, but Yachtsman's Steakhouse and Kona for 6 people, no problem. We also got a Chef Mickeys for breakfast....

Wonder if it has to do with as the sept trips are getting closer, people are double thinking if they can afford the trip with gas prices? Maybe that's where all the extra ADRs are coming from. Though I was really surprised that you could change Cindy's so easy.

I was wondering that myself. Our 45 days is just around the corner...so I was wondering if many that had made reservations are canceling out before the 45 days comes up. I may try to get that change to the 1st again and again before our 45 days comes....I have like 6 more days.

This economy is looking worse and worse, not better and better....in fact, there was LOTS of availability for CRT, I was Really surprised.

I am really surprised to see that they still have decent seatings for your time frame. Congrats to you! I am glad you were able to add your days and get great meals.

OK I have been going back and forth on booking a breakfast on our last day of our trip at Kona. Based off of this post I called and got in. Not only did I get in but we got 9:20 am. She also had 7:45, 8:10, 8:40, 10:00 available!

I just figured with free dining everything would be booked!

Yeah! We just got our dates changed, too! But still no Le Cellier, but now I have HOPE!

Yeah--i just scheduled my free dining ADRs last week (talk about a late bloomer!!). Couldn't get Le Cellier (they're booked through January), but got everything else--even 'Ohana dinner and Boma, which are often difficult.

I think that even with the free dining, September will still be a bit sparse... (fingers crossed!)
