Le cellier?

Hey you guys, I was wondering if you can just go in and get dessert to go @ this place? Mainly the Creme Brulee! If not, is there anywhere in Epcot that you can buy the Maple Creme Brulee? We're not going to Le Cellier when we go back in November, because my DSIS wants to try some new places to eat and my Brother -n- Law and Dad really don't like it! As for me, all like is the dessert there and the CHeddar Cheese soup, so is there anywhere I can get this? I will absoultey die (Ha!Ha!Ha!) if don't get me some Maple Creme Brulee or any kind of creme brulee, because absoutley love any kind! Help, PLEASE!

You can order soup to go. I'm not sure about the creme-brulee, because it's baked in individual dishes - but I'll ask my dd and see if she can make an "arrangement" for you, if you let her know when you're coming. They do try to accomodate if they can.

Re: Le cellier?

Oh my! IMOHO a Disney trip would be disapointing without the cheddar cheese soup and the Mushroom Risotto!

Llama is it very nice of you to help him out! So sweet!

Re: Le cellier?

Recipe for Maple Creme Brulee
Ingredients:1 pint heavy cream
6 oz. whole milk
12 oz. (1 1/2 cups) granulated sugar
12 oz. (15 eggs) egg yolks
2 teaspoons maple extract
1. Heat heavy cream, whole milk and granulated sugar over double boiler until sugar is dissolved (110F). DO NOT WHIP. Stir only.
2. Place in a large mixing bowl. Slowly add 1/3 of cream mixture to egg yolks, stirring to temper egg yolks.
3. Add remaining cream mixture. Stir to blend well.
4. Add maple extract to previous mixture.
5. Strain mixture through fine mesh strainer.
6. Pour mixture into serving dishes that have been place into two cake pans. Add enough water in the bottom of each cake pan to fill 1/4 the way up the serving dishes.
7. Bake in a low oven -- 275 degrees -- for approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours. The desserts should be "set" firm but not hard, with a little wiggle when you shake it gently.
8. Sprinkle cooled custards with sugar and melt with a torch.
