I spoke with Debbie at the Coral Reef Restaurant. I called WDW dining and they connected me to her. But you could call the main number to WDW and they will transfer you: 407-824-2222. Coral Reef does not have a direct number.

From there I got the information on how to submit the menu pictures and what I want the menu to say. I also (kindly) questioned if it is gurarenteed that the menu would be there when we arrived and Debbie replied (very friendly) that nothing is a guarentee but they have made many improvements to their system and they are not having as many problems as they have in the past.

So does anyone have a pictures/examples of what these personalized menu looks like?

I used a direct number for Coral Reef when I called. It was 407-560-6636. So unless it's no longer valid (which sometimes seems to happen with WDW phone numbers), you can call, leave a message, and they'll get back to you via phone.

I emailed Debbi yesterday to confirm everything, and she told me that my menu was already printed out and the photos in a file. She also said that the diver request was also made. She ended her email with 'allow the magic to happen', which I thought was cool.

Our diver/menu date is 8/16 so I'll have pics after then.
