counter service question...

I've made PS's for most nites for dinner and was planning on counter service for lunches. I just wanted to ask suggestions for the BEST in each park. Here is what I have so far, please let me know opinions and recent experiences.

MK -Peco Bill's (have read good stuff from all of you regarding toppings bar) or Il Pirato (spelled wrong?)

AK- Flame Tree

MGM - ???

Epcot - ??? (should we walk to BC to Beaches & Cream?)

MK - I second Pecos Bills - really enjoyed the burger I had there.

AK - I'm a huge fan of the Flame Tree BBQ, tried it for the first time a few weeks ago and it was awesome!

MGM - We did the ABC Commissanary - the food was decent and its nice and cool inside. I belive they had a few other options beside just burgers.

Epcot - Beaches & Cream at Beach Club could be hard to get in to depending how busy the resort is.
If you like fish & chips there is a little window service place just outside the Roase & Crown in UK part of Epcot. The food there was great!!

Enjoy!!

:)

Thanks Buzz - other than England, have you tried counter service at any other country? I think my DH might want to go for something a little different!!!

These are my choices:

AK: Flame Tree BBQ or Tusker House - both are really good for counter service

MGM: ABC Commissary has the most selection and is good

EPCOT: Sunshine Season Food Fair

MK: Pecos Bill's - as I said before - great food...large portions...lots of seating

HTH!

The sandwiches at the Tangierine Cafe in Epcot's Morocco are very good. For American tastes, you can get chicken wraps that are quite delicious. They also have a more traditional Middle Eastern sandwich called a shawarma that is basically shaved meat, onions, lettuce and tomatoes topped with a yogurt dressing and served in a pita. My wife attended the American School of Tangiers in her youth, and she says the shawarmas at Tangierine Cafe are quite authentic.

There are plenty of tables available to sit and enjoy your food, and I've rarely seen it crowded.

We did counter service at Pecos Bills at MK (we all loved it!!!) and also in Mexico at Epcot. The Taco Salad's were great, and they were huge!!! And it wasn't expensive at all!! We have eaten snacks and appetizers at other places, too...but these 2 definitely stand out...good luck deciding! ;)
