Do you mean on-site restaurants at WDW? If you do, I can think of none I wouldn't eat at. :)

Last time we ate at Tony's we weren't real thrilled with it. It really seemed to have gone downhill.

We weren't too crazy over 50's Prime Time but that is just a matter of opinion because most people here LOVE it. I think it is really up to your tastes.

I'm not too crazy about Cosmic Ray's - the food is edible, but nothing special.

I really don't think I ever had a bad experience food-wise at WDW.

On our list of 'never again...unless significant changes are made':

Maya Grill - Although I understand they recently changed from 'Latin' to 'Steakhouse.' We thought the food was mediocre (too tame, too dry) and we weren't comfortable (didn't seem family oriented at all).

Rainforest Cafe (AKL) - 2 bad experiences trying to get seated with Priority Seatings; not worth the hassle to us...

Bongos - Covered elsewhere... :)

Some of the keys to these 3... Rainforest and Bongos are not operated by Disney and Maya Grill is in the Coronado which deals with alot of convention/business people.

Almost on the list:

Sci-Fi Diner: If they changed the movie clips, I'd definitely try it again... I might try it again regardless since my daughter loves it. I'd stick with burgers and shakes and wouldn't expect much from the food. It's a great idea, but those repeating trailers get on my nerves... :bandit

1900 Park Fare character breakfast: We went on a Saturday morning; the food was quite good, but the place was a madhouse.

I *love* to eat and I can't say I have ever had a bad meal at WDW.

I have always enjoyed my meals at WDW. One time it took 2+ hours to get a table at Rain Forest Cafe at DD because they lost our name. I'll never wait that long again, but the food was good. I have eaten at Planet Hollywood and thought the food was fine as long as we stuck with simple things like burgers. Same with Sci-Fi, I think the burgers and fries are just fine.

Stay away from the counter service in Japan. Aweful! I've heard good things, so maybe it was just a bad time but this actually caused a fight in our group. It was bad.
This said, I have never had any other bad experience at WDW. It may help for you to watch the special on the Food Network tonight to see some of the good places to eat.

We enjoyed the counter service in Japan. The only place I have eaten that I couldn't stand was Askerhaus(SP) the Norway restraunt. We went to the lunch buffet. The food was very unfamiliar and I really could find anything I like. Just my taste I guess. I usually love new things and am not a picky eater. DH really enjoyed it though.

Boy they must have really improved then. :nervous

I do not like Coral Reef either, great atmosphere, but they try too hard on their food. We want a real seafood restaurant, not a Gourmet Ultra High crazy experience.
