Chef Mickey's - Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner?

Is there anyone out there that has tried Chef Mickey's for all of the meals? I know we want to do a Chef Mickey's meal, but I am not sure which one... Any help would be appreciated! :D

I voted for Breakfast. I've had both breakfast and diner at least 3 times each there. The last 2 times i had the dinner, i was very dissapointed:cry: (that was 9/02) (they don't have a lunch...but sometimes we make ours a brunch and eat at one of the last breakfast seatings. )

All that being said, when we go to wdw for 4th of July, we are going to try the diner again (breakfast had NO openings the whole weekend!) So I am hoping that the food will be better this time!! I'll let you know after the 4th!!!

Our family usually eats cereal for breakfast, and I {personally} have a hard time spending that amount of money on "breakfast food". We have eaten dinner at Chef Mickey's many times and it has always been wonderful. I highly recommend it!

Golly! I didn't think that Chef Mickey's served lunch anymore. Has this policy changed?

If you want breakfast to be special (food-wise) you need to go somewhere else. Try Trail's End at Fort Wilderness. Half the price twice the taste.

If this is about Character viewing...

Well...I dunno...For Me breakfast means eat before the park opens and that sometimes equates into hurry up!!!

Dinner after the park closes...Well...That means the next thing to do is go to sleep. And that means more Bang for your Character Viewing Buck. No rush, hungry-er kids, and between you and me your chances of unschedualed surprise characters double after the parks close not before the parks open.

And also between you and me...I think the Characters at night are more entertaining.

My vote was for dinner. Although I would like to try Chef Mickey's for both breakfast and dinner.

On a side note, we did our character breakfast the day we left WDW. It was a very pleasant end to a very pleasant trip. And it was nice to fill up on a great breakfast, knowing that we did not have to rush to a park, we were only going home after breakfast.
Plus it gave us some nice memories for the ride home.

I have friends who have said they have done a character dinner the 1st night, since there is no rush to leave the park, and it is a nice way to start a vacation at WDW.

JMHO :)

I voted for dinner. PhantomBantam pretty much summed it all up! Not only is it a great character dinner, the food is very good. We did b-fast there once on our departure day and that was a very special way to end our trip. But, like many others, we prefer to eat a quick (and inexpensive) bite and head to the parks early so b-fast is low on the priority list... unless you're asking about the Princess b-fasts. I really wish CRT did the characters for lunch & dinner. That would be fabulous!

So sorry...I didn't mean to confuse anyone about lunch. I knew about Breakfast and Dinner and totally assumed there was a lunch. I should have done my homework before posting.

Thanks Phantom Bantam... I may try that Trails End buffet. I have heard alot about it.

CoastieMom...I would :heart a full report when you get back. Thanks!

This is exactly what we are doing, dinner the first night and breakfast the last day. I am looking forward to it so much.

I couldnt really vote here .. because though we have had dinner at Chef Mickey's it was years ago when it was still out at DTD. but we always love Breakfast there ..its becoming a first day tradition for us to have breakfast there.
the more I have read about dinner the more I tell DH and the girls we are just going to have to go there for dinner !!
