I just read in the Birnbaum book that there is a fast food court at AKL. I didn't realize that. I think it said Mara? Has anyone been to it? I leave tomorrow and so I'm doing last minute searches of anything I might have missed :D

Mara is food court type of place, but nothing spectacular. I understand it is good for breakfast, but don't even think about lunch or dinner, it is supposed to be one of the worst restaurants in all of WDW. That is probably what you will need, breakfast that is, so it should save you some money rather than eating at Boma or in the parks every day. Mara also has snacks and drinks, and refillable mugs.

Oh, and have a great trip!!

I love the refillable mugs. That $9.00 goes a long way, especially if you ever stay at that resort again! They make great souvineers too.

If you don't know, most food courts at WDW resorts sell souvineer mugs, that are refillable at that resort only, for the length of your stay. I beleive they are $9.00. That's the best money you can spend at WDW, so it should be your first purchase. The mugs are exactly 12oz (just useless trivia for ya!).
