Character Changes at Liberty Tree Tavern

Goofy, Chip, and Dale have left the Liberty Tree Tavern character dinner and moved down the street to Goofy's Country Character Jamboree, the replacement show for the Diamond Horseshoe Revue. Joining Pluto at the LTT will be Minnie, Donald, and Daisy.

This is effective June 29, 2003.

I think that is wonderful news! I can't get enough of Donald or Daisy and can't recall any other character meal with both MMs and both DDs. Thanks for the info.

oh that's great. i would love to see both of them together at a character dining. whenever my fiance and i go back to WDW, which is who knows when, i'll have to remember to go to the libery inn. what kind of food do they have? is it a good place to go? comments are very appreciated. thanks everyone who responds.

We were at LTT a few weeks ago and the whole family enjoyed the dinner. The food was salad with strawberry vinegarette dressing, turkey and dressing, marinated beef tenderloin, pork roast, mashed potatoes, another vegetable (might have been green beans), and Mac & cheese for the sons. The characters were great, but were still at that time Goofy, Chip & Dale, Pluto, and Minnie all dressed up in colonial attire. As they call you to your table, they announce the familky name and what state you are from.

that sound pretty festive. i like the sound of that. i'll have to remember to check out the liberty inn whenever our next trip to WDW is.

Hopefully I can check out the LTT when I am there next month.
The menu looks wonderful. I am happy to see that Donald and Pluto are together....My husband likes Donald and our son is really into Pluto.....(I'll take Lady and the Tramp).

Thanks for the info! When I looked at the menu I noticed it also included Meeko in the character line up. Wouldn't that be fun if Pochahontas was there too! LTT and Cape May's are the only 2 character meals we haven't tried. We'll defintaely get a PS for LTT now that they've changed the characters!

overall, i think they should put a lot of lesser known characters, and hard to find character, such as pocahantos. i really don't know where you can go to find her. it was a stroke of luck when i got to meet her. she was at the international gate entrance at epcot when i met her. by putting lesser known and hard to find characters at the character dining resteraunts, the kids will be able to meet them and be happy, especially if the lesser known or hard to find characters are their favorites.
