Oh cool (love your blog header, btw). Thanks for that. I was actually a bit worried about the new online system, but it looks handier in finding restaurants available for a certain date (I hated asking CMs to check this, then check that... felt like I was wasting their time). I will miss the personal touches, though. I'll have to play around with this (not by making fake ADRs, of course, though).
