AK Restaurants

This will be my first visit to the AK. What restaurants, either sit down or fast food, do you recommend. We plan to do lunch at the park. I read that the Rainforest Cafe was pretty good.

Rainforest is ok, but it gets kind of expensive with a large group. I have heard that Flame Tree BBQ is great, but it is only open seasonally. If it is open while you are there, I would check it out. I have eaten at Tusker House and Restaurantosaurus. Tusker House is pretty good, you can read my review here. Restaurantosaurus is simply a McDonalds, and a poor one at that. I have been there twice, and both times the order was wrong, the food was cold and probably one of the poorest restaurants in all of WDW. FYI, breakfast there is great, a chracter buffet.

I have heard that Pizzafari isn't very good, but I haven't been there.

We enjoyed Tusker House. Expecially the pastries. Rain forest is good also. Expensive if you are feeding a group. But it is fun. Children love it. Have fun:)
