Can you use DD at the Swan or Dolphin Resorts?

Hi all! Can anyone tell me if you can use Disney Dinning at places like the Dolphin, Swan or Hilton? I was on wdwinfo.com and a few places I haden't even thought about came up.

I don't think you can...
We just came back from the Dolphin and we LOVED it...gorgeous!!!

You can't, they have their own plan but it's pricey and only for their restaurants.

It's all out of pocket for Disney guests.
Yes, Swolphin now has their own dining plan, but those are selective menu choices, not the full menus.
