Just One More Ps Left To Make! Will There Be Availability For A Slacker Like Me?!?

Hi everyone! I am going in ONE WEEK and have decided to make PS's for TWO CHARACTER BREAKFASTS, AND TWO NICE LUNCHES. Everything else will be counter service (thanks to the Q&C Meal Vouchers!). We are also going for a day (at least) to Universal Studios and plan to eat at NASCAR cafe for dinner one night, since my brother and husband think they have the BEST RIBS EVER!

So here's what I have planned so far:

We arrive Sunday...no PS's for this day (should I make one for lunch???)
Monday - PS at Chef Mickey's for BREAKFAST
Tuesday - PS at LE CELLIER in Epcot for LUNCH
Wed - NOTHING
THURS - NOTHING
Fri - PS at Crystal Palace for BREAKFAST
Sat - NOTHING

Just wondering everyone's opinion...should I make a lunch PS for the day I arrive, or will that be cutting it too close? I was thinking of Italy in Epcot....

I am sure that there will be availability at one more lunch if you want to get it in.

I am just posting because I am jealous that you are leaving and I still have four months left.

We never makew Ps's for lunch we always wing it. Dinner always and breakfast sometimes. I would try and do 1900 Park Fare or Ohana's for breakfast one morning . It's a nice way to see the Grand Floridain or Poly. We really enjoyed the character breakfast at Ohana's, the costumes were very colorful and the characters were great!

Sounds like you have a lot planned! YUMMY!!! I didn't make dinner PS's yet, because when I do lunch, I am using the meal vouchers, and I am doing the last lunch seating, so that will be our dinner! I would love to do Teppanyaki, too. I also wanted to try Ohanas for breakfast, like Matto said, but I am already seeing Mickey and pals at Chef Mickeys and I definitely wanted to experience that! AND we just had to see Pooh for breakfast, too!

I think I have decided to make my last lunch PS for the restaurant in the Italy pavillion in Epcot. (or Teppanyaki?!?) Just not sure which day...or even if they will have availability!

I have never made PS's before for ANYTHING, and I have never had a problem before, so I am not that worried..... :dazed Should I be??? :nervous

I hope I didn't over plan. I want to get a least one good meal in everyday. We aren't a big breakfast family and lunch will be wherever we happen to be at the time. So, I am depending on dinner to be our fuel meal!! :D

In my opinion, it's never a problem to overplan, but I always leave room for some of the "unexpected magic" to happen. As many times as we have a PS all planned and reserved, we find ourselves heading in another direction. We always love the San Angel restuarant at EPCOT.
All this food talk is making me hungry!

I think you have just the right number of PSs. It still gives you room to breathe so you're not running from place to place trying to meet deadlines...but you will still get to try some nicer places to eat. Sounds perfect to me!

Soooooo jealous of you right now, but that's another story...:laugh
