My DH and I had a wonderful dinner at Fulton's in July for our 10th anniversary. The food was great and the service was fantastic. I would eat there again in a second. We went for an early dinner at 6 and the place was very empty, by the time we left it was pretty busy. (You can check out day 4 of my July trip report for all teh details.)

I know I'm going to be in the minority here, but I think Fulton's is overrated and overpriced. I've never had a bad meal here, mind you, but I've also never had a great one, either. For what you'll spend at Fulton's you can have a really exceptional meal, and a spectacular view as well, at the California Grill.

I agree with Park Hopper's review. The dinner we had was good, the service was great, there was no waiting for seating, but the seating arrangement was a bit crowded. The pricing was higher than I would have expected.

Thanks guys. I wasn't sold on this restaurant just yet. Sara does not eat seafood and I am going to try and peek at a menu on wdwig.com today. We have a couple places we have been wanting to try. Rainforest Cafe is another, but I hear so many mixed reviews on this that I think I'll pass. Thanks again.

I really enjoyed Fulton's when I ate there a few years back, but I remember thinking it was a little expensive. I would definately try the DTD Rainforest Cafe if you've never been to one.

Dana - you should definitely do Rainforest Cafe.

I think most people agree that the food is only average, but the atmosphere is wild. It is an experience worth taking.

I'm definately considering it. I think I may try the one outside of AK because I have been reading some horrible things about the one at DTD.

We've done both and I really didn't notice too much of a difference. I think they constantly change the menu here. I remember having one really good pasta dish - it was kind of a chicken margarita and I really enjoyed it. But when I looked for it the next time it was gone. My husband's never complained and he's always griping about paying too much for mediocore food.

The shop is excellent. Do not miss it and check for any discounts. We get one with our DVC membership, and I know there are a lot more.

I actually did the shop last trip when I stopped in at DTD. I love their shop and found a lot of lower price t-shirts to bring home as gifts for family and friends. They even had a clearance rack...woo hoo. DD got several RAinforest Cafe shirts in multiple colors. We also bought magnets and a stuffed animal if I'm not mistaken.

I have eaten there a few times and ABSOLUTELY LOVED it!!!! YES, it is pretty expensive, but I thought it was worth it. They used to have a Porterhouse Steak on the menu (they don't anymore...:( ) and it was THE BEST steak I have ever eaten.....I still remember it to this day! And that steak was about 7 years ago!!! :laugh
