I called 407-939-3463 this afternoon to make a change for a PS, and it appears the menu has changed? This is mainly an issue(if in fact this is going to remain this way) for people trying to make Cindy's PS and trying to get in fast....you still press 1 for dining, but then there are other questions....have you ever been to disney, how many times, etc....

As I said, I am not sure if this is going to stay like this, or maybe I was just the lucky one who had to jump through hoops, but thought I would pass this along.

I had the same thing happen to me when I tried to book Mickey's BBQ. I thought maybe since I was calling so late in the day they were doing a survey type thing and was hoping it wasn't like that at 7am for those in a hurry to get through.

Thanks for the info guys. I am getting ready to call for my Ps's soon and this is good to know. I won't be in the CRT competition for a table, but its still helpful to know what to expect. My DD does not want to go there. She's into Pooh and wants to do Crystal Palace the morning we are going to MK. No arguements here. I'll still get to see the princesses on our Epcot day. We compromised and are going to Akershus for breakfast. Thanks again for the tip.

yes, I was bombarded by questions also, which was sort of frustrating, since I just wanted a PS for Rainforest...

I had same thing the other day. A recording asked all these questions. I wonder if they are trying to give extra attention to those who frequent Disney. They asked how many times and when was last time visited. Then the person asked same questions.

Well, the person didn't ask me the same questions, but I DID get that automated how many times have you been to Disney string of questions too. I'd like to think those of us who look like we live at the place with our answers get special treatment. ;)

I'm glad i have the AP number to call for dinign arrangements. It's(loud drum roll here!!!!!!!!!) 407-560-PASS,if anyone's interested.

I have been calling and making a PS here and there all week and have been throuh this message system. I now have it down to a science. When I hear the guy start to talk, I just press 1,2,1,1 and presto a live person to ask me these questions again. I really don't mind. As mentioned, maybe for those of us who are over the 4 trip question get some prefered seating or something...doubtful. It's sounds more like a survey for research.

Hmm...well, I mainly wanted to mention it because it does affect the people trying to get in right at 7 am for Cindy's....now they will have more hoops to jump through.

All they have to do, is press 1,2,1,1 as soon as they hear the man's voice and it puts them right through. This will eliminate having to listen to each question and save time for the Cindy table race. It's is a little annoying after going through it a few times however. I made my last PS today and have stopped listening to the recording after I made my first.

I don't see why not. They have never asked me if I was an Ap'er. Don't you work for TDS? Shouldn't you be getting in free?

Just press it when you hear the voice. Give it a milasecond to compute and press the next number. I sware you will not have to listen to any of the questions. I have been making PS's everyday this week since sunday and it's worked every day. I have been on hold longer than it took me to press the numbers. Matter of fact, I was on hold for 9min this morning before I got a human. Again, it's 1,2,1,1 as soon as you hear him talk. Good luck wit the Cindy's PS. I caught a break for mine and they had many left over. Hopefully it will be the same for you. Please let me know how you make out.
