We booked our Rose and crown PS for 7:30...also hoping to get the outside seating.
You aren't using the Fantasmic Dinner Package since you are eating at Sci Fi. That being said, apparently some people start lining up an hour to an hour and a half before the start of the show, depending on how crowded the park is. So if the show starts at 9, we will guess that you will be lining up maybe at 8. So probably anytime up to 6:30 would be fine for your dinner PS. We are also hoping to catch wishes from Ohana. We booked for about an hour before the start of Wishes. Of course, if you are done eating when it starts, I hear the view from the beach at the Poly is very good too. Hope this helps! I am sure others will be along with more suggestions soon! Have a great trip!! :)

What time does Wishes start? We have PS for 'Ohanas and would like to see the fireworks on the beach. Our reservations are for 6:30 - do you think we will havew time for a nice leisurely dinner (well as leisurely as you can get with two 4 year olds) before going out to the beach to see the show?
Another question - the Dinner at 'Ohanas ... is it a dinner show (like the luau) or is it just a dinner with games and things happening at various times? |

The time for Wishes varies depending on the park closing time. If the hours are posted on the WDW website, you can find out there what time Wishes will be shown on the night you have your Ohana's PS.
Ohana is not a dinner show. Just games and things going on during the meal.
