Restaurants where you can be "all boy"

I read on another thread that WC is loud and boysterous. Is this generally true? For our party, this could be a GOOD thing because my brother's son can get a little rambunctious at times.

Are there any other places you all could suggest for a little guy who might need to let off some steam?

How about the Rainforest Cafe at DTD it's pretty loud and all the animals and thunderstorms keep the kids entertained.;)

You can take food from the foodcourts at the hotels back to your rooms. I don't know how bousterious this little boy can be, but if he IS in fact a disturabance to others, then this is a better option than having to pay for expensive room service all the time.

I've never gone to the WL restuarant, but it does seem to be a pretty relaxes and bustling atmosphere. Chef Mickey's lets the kids (and adults) do a twirl napkins and clap and dance. You can sing along to the soundtrack and not be heard because the noise level during the party thing is kinda loud. (On the other hand, I've had breakfast at the Poly character meal and that is -- although it has a parade and characters and fun stuff like that -- a much more subdued affair.) Rainforest only gets loud during the storms with the thunder and stuff, in my experience. There's a McDonalds at Downtown Disney which if it has a play area might be a good option. The one Mexican restaurant in Epcot is outside, so there's lots of distractions and things there that might keep him occupied. And the America food court has a large outdoor seating area as well so everyone isn't jam packed together. Most of the restaurants I can think of at Disney are engineered to be intimate spaces and has very quiet atmospheres, so I can't think of much else to suggest.

Whispering Canyon would be a great place for you to take a loud little boy. It is a very loud and bustling restaurant and they also have pony races for the kids. Be sure to ask for ketchup. I also think Chef Mickeys and Rain Forest Cafe are good suggestions too. My mind is a blank right now. If I think of any, I'll let you know.

Thanks everyone - you have been very helpful.

Just to let y'all know - he's not THAT bad .. he's a great little guy, just with a lot of energy. I was looking for places like 'Ohanas where they have races and conga lines and just .. fun things for little ones to do to get those wiggles out a bit (and let their parents enjoy a meal lasting more than 12 minutes LOL)
