a nice surprise in the mail today :)
I opened my mail box to find an envelope from the Contemporary just a few minutes ago .. at first I didnt know what in the world it could be ..then I remembered!! Our Lisa asked for a reciepe at Chef Mickey's our first morning there. they took her address and said they would send it and they did.
its for the Oven Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes with a very nice letter and phone numbers if she has any questions !!! signed by Your Chef Mickey's Culinary Team

That is so nice Tink. Just wanted to let you know that our newest member, Brer Rabbit is awaiting approval from Mickey to be able to post. She is so happy. She can't wait to "talk" to you.
She also wants to know how she can get your Brer Rabbit avatar on her username after she posts once. We saw it on the link, but we weren't sure how to get it as her avatar.

Tink, what a nice treat to receive in the mail! You or your granddaughter have to make the potatoes and tell us if they are just as good! Then, maybe will we bug you for the recipe! ;)

she asked for a recipe at H&V too .. so maybe that one will come in a few days (see trip report hint hint) .. that was the interesting thing about our trip in March .. I had read that all you needed to do was ask for a recipe and they will give it to you ..but they have you give your address and they mail it to you. At nearly 15, Lisa Summer is really wanting to learn to cook and she isnt doing too bad at it .. her mother wont let her do much at home ..so when she comes here ..well I turn the kitchen over to the girls sometimes :) Sooo I am hoping she will cook them for me when they come down again
