Ummmm.... lol

Anyway.. Fred! you cradle robber!

kidding.

One way or another, you two will have a great time and if you can charm yourself into a table without a PS, then you can deliver on the sponteneity.

Don't worry about it. Put away the planner and enjoy spending time with your girl.

Re: Priority Seating vs. Reservations

Yes I admit it, I'm a cradle robber, being 5 years ashleys sr.
But she turns 20 this year, so she'll no longer be a teen!

Anyways I guess I will make a few PS here and there and just hope luck gets us into the others quickly.

If push does come to shove, those hot dogs you mentions sure would hit the spot. Now where does wdw sell hot dogs?? Hmm well there's always turkey legs! lol

This Vaca is gonna be great, since we've been living with each other I work nights with school on days, and she works days, so even though we live together, we don't see each other really. So I bet yall can believe how much we are looking forward to this vaca!

The USA Pavillion!
Also, I'm pretty sure that Pecos Bill sells hot dogs as well.
We may need to start another thread for this one to be sure.

2.) If you can't get a PS for your time, go ahead and try to get walk-up seating. The worst they can tell you is that there's a long wait for folks without PS's. The best that can happen is, "we have a table ready for you now." :)

3.) Even WITH a PS, that's no guarantee that you won't have to wait. Personally, I've never had to wait for more than 30 minutes when I've had a PS, but I've heard stories of people who have had to wait longer.
Based on some recent posts about PS's I figured I'd bump this thread and add one point..

4.) On the day you check in to your resort (assuming it's a Disney resort), ask them to print out all your PS's to make sure that they are correct. If you're not staying at a Disney property, you can also do this at any of the guest services counters in the parks.

Re: Priority Seating vs. Reservations

Indirectly related to this topic.............

I want to do the Fantasmic Dinner Package for Hollywood & Vine, so...
1. I make a "reservation", and not a "PS", correct ?
2. I can only do that 60 days out, correct ?

Thanks!

This is all correct.

The Fantasmic Dinner Package and CB at Cindy's Royal Table are actual reservations where they take your credit card info and will bill you a fee if you don't show.

Nothing like being a 36 yo child.

Actually, I've got nothing on a number of other members here.

I'm just louder about it.

Re: Priority Seating vs. Reservations

I'm new to the concept...so please forgive me if I'm repeating something.

Which is better? If you KNOW you're going to be at a restaurant at 6:00, should you make a reservation or arrange for priority seating? Does one allow you more flexibility, say, if you might be late or want to arrive in a certain time frame? Is it like a priority list but without a certain set time? For instance, can I make a priority seating arrangement at a certain restaurant and just arrive at any time during that night?
