Toy Story Character Meal Campaign

I was hoping that I could convince many of you to write a letter to WDW and request a Toy Story Character Meal. They have what seems like tons of meals for girls (princess meals) but 0 for boys. I have seen many posts inquiring about a Toy Story Meal and I think it would be very popular. If we could flood Disney with requests they may see that there is a real need for one. MGM has no character meal and I thought I would point this out also. There are many many Toy Story fans out there and I think Disney is really missing the boat on this one. The address to write is : Guest Communications WAlt Disney World, PO Box 10000, Lake Buena Vista, Fl 32830 Attn: George Calabrese Thanks for your help.

Re: Toy Story Character Meal Campaign

What a good idea. You are correct, I feel that most character meals are aimed towards girls. It's especially hard when you have a young boy and girl and want both to have a good time seeing their favorite characters. I doubt the Princesses are on the top of any boy's list!! :)

That seems like a fair idea. I'm sure boys would love a character meal for them.

Boys might also be more interested in the villians character meal that I've heard being discussed. Toy Story sounds like fun for boys, or maybe Monsters, inc. characters, too?

I will also send an email. We always do Chef Mickey's because I have a son and a daughter. Not too big on the whole princess theme.

Re: Toy Story Character Meal Campaign

what is the exact email address to email disney about a toy story character meal? that would be great to have, especially for the boys. there seems to be a lot of girl character meals but not enough boys. i didn't know they had an aladdin one, too. maybe they should bring that back.

Re: Toy Story Character Meal Campaign

I think you are right. I will also write a letter.

A little bit off topic but I thought this would be a cute story to tell about the Aladdin Character meal at MGM.

It was My first trip to WDW and I did NONE of the planning. I was just so excited to be going to Mickey's house (I was 19 years old) that I really did not give much thought to the size of WDW and the vast number of things to do.

Anyway.....We were at MGM for the day and at 2:00 we decided that we were hungery for lunch. We just decided to stop at the very first place we saw which just so happened to be the Aladdin meal. This was my first magical moment ever at WDW. See my all time favorate Disney movie was/still is Aladdin. I just so happened to be wearing my Genie t-shirt and Genie watch. PLUS I had no idea about "character meals". We had a ball. We just walked in and were seated with out a wait and The characters decended upon us as if from out of thin air. I will never forget Jafar messing with my boyfriend (DH now) or Genie sitting on my nephews lap.

Sniff, Sniff...I miss WDW.

Lisa

OOhhhh yes! Monsters Inc and Toy Story together! That would be awesome! I remember the Aladdin one. We went years ago. I still have our pictures with Aladdin and Jasmine somewhere. I remember Jafar coming by and scaring the heck out of me, he was so tall!
