WDW Firsts...

I heard somewhere that if you are the first to arrive at the certain parks and get to certain stores/attractions first, you get to do some magical things. I read somewhere that you can wake tinkerbell up, is this true? I think there's more, but I am not quite sure as to what they are. If anyone knows any "firsts" please post them!

waking up tinker bell happens in Tinker Bell's Treasures which is on the left after you go through the castle and yes you can be the first to wake her up.

If you arrive early to AK they may pick you to open the Kilimenjaro Safari ride!! We were the honarary family and we got to enter the park first and ride the ride all alone before the park opened!!! It was really cool!! However, the choice is random, but I suppose you could ask to do it and see what they say!!!

You know I just remember that there is also a treasure hunt on Tom Sawyers island if you are the first to take the boat over to the island!!!

These are ones I have copied and pasted from different areas. Please correct me if any aren't right:

Christmas Shoppe in MK - if you are first you get to decorate a tree and MAY get free ornament.
Guest Conductor on the train at MK- first in the morning, sit in the last car and get to yell "All Aboard".
First at Barnstormer gets to ride with Goofy.
First at Norway in Epcot gets a Viking hat.

Also I found that collecting paint brushes at Tom Sawyer Island can get you a front of the line pass for BTM RR or Splash Mountain.

And if you buy caramel corn (caramel covered popcorn) in the bucket at Sleepy Hollow in the MK (handy before parade viewing in Liberty Square), be sure to bring the container back on your next trip to the MK and you can get it refilled for a reduced price.

Also being the first to ask/schedule being a flag family at your WDW Resort sounds like a fun way to start off the day.

This may be true some days but we were the the first family to ride the Barnstormer and Goofy wasn't there. I knew he might be but wasn't disappointed when he wasn't there, we had so much other magic in our vacation.
