Best Park to go to First Day
There are ten of us. 1/2 have never been to disney. all in early thirties no children. Which park do you think would be the best to go to on a Saturday in late september? I am looking for least crowded and I guess the best one for someone to see first. We are not planning on staying all day. We get in at 10a so we just want to go for a little bit maybe until 5p-6p. I was thinking Epcot? I think it will be too crowded at MK? and AK will be too late by the time we drop our bags off.

Re: Best Park to go to First Day
Since you did say "least crowded", plus since there are no children with you, I think Epcot would be a great first day. According to the guide books, weekends are the least crowded at Epcot since there will not be any local school field trips there then.

Re: Best Park to go to First Day
One other option might be Disney-MGM. I always suggest EPCOT first, but mostly with families with kids. If it is just adults, hit MGM first. Well, really, EPCOT or MGM would be great as a first day park. I just think with adults, you can get MGM out of the way, maybe go back once to hit ToT and RnR again, but with EPCOT, we like to go several times, usually in the afternoon after hitting one of the other parks in the morning.

Yes we are going to be in Epcot a lot later in the week for dinners so MGM I was thinking about doing. It was between Epcot and MGM. MGM has more of a disney feel hmmm.
