MK ride rehabs late this year
This was in the rehab list on Mouse Planet..
Magic Carpets of Aladdin - down for rehab Sept. 13 - Oct. 15 (projected). Ariel's Grotto - down for rehab Sept. 22 - Nov. 19 (projected) for theme-matching with the 20,000 Leagues Lagoon reclamation.

I remember reading in a thread they are going to fill in 20,000 Leagues :( in Disney Magazine it was listed as the number one most missed attraction, with Mr. toad being # 2 and the skyway # 3

Mr Toads wild ride is gone!!!!When did that happen? THat thing was awesome!! I miss 2,000 Leagues, I can't believe they're going to fill in the lagoon! It was so pretty!

Mr. Toad has been gone longer than three years b/c I went on my honeymoon in October 1999 and it was gone then. I remember being really bummed about that!

I been to WDW in Sept. and there have always been rehabs then. The crowds are low so they do them then. In 2001 & 2002 Rock N Roller coaster went down for rehab in Sept. In 2002 we went to MGM the day before it went down so we would not miss it.

I really enjoyed Mr. Toad's Wild Ride back in the day. And as for the 20K lagoon, it is going to be filled in and themed for future additions. I don't have any further information, but I'm sure something will be said in the next few months about it.

It would be great if 20,000 L was resurrected!! Heck, it's operational in Japan!! But, alas, I don't think so...
 I also miss Mr. Toad's. (sigh - taking me back)
