Need birthday suggestions
Many times, I've given my children theme park tickets & such for their birthdays to go shortly after, but this year, since we're here, I'm going to try & do it a little differently. I have never taken the kids ON their birthday, so that's the goal this year. DD's birthday is the first week of next month.
I know about the birthday buttons at City Hall in MK, so I'm off to a good start, but what can I do otherwise to make it special? I mean, she's been to WDW so much that she basically looks at it as a oversized, extravagant version of a community park, so I want this visit to stand out some. Has anyone else done a birthday there before? Any suggestions at all are appreciated. Thanks much!

I took Kayla for her Birthday!!! A Character breakfast is always good. Just let a CM know and they will celebrate the Disney way. When I did that the Characters came right over to her. The look on her face was priceless.:angel

Depending on the age of your child(ren), I have a couple of options. I know that you can make arrangements to rent a party boat that is all decked out with birthday decorations and they provide drinks and a cake.
This is something I came across while searching the net and maybe someone else have some more info on it but, there is an actual company that will plan a surprise within the park: birthday, anniversary, engagement. Apparently, you tell them what you want and where and they do all the work. For instance, the treasure hunt is very popular (according to the site). You pick up your first clue, say, at City Hall. It will tell you how to find the next, and so on until the unsuspecting gets to the surprise. Whatever you do, I am sure you will have a great time planning and enjoying your outcome! :)
