I have been to disney about 40 times, however, I cant remember how the crowds and weather are this time of the year. I know in the past the beginning of July has been brutal as far as weather goes. Now that we have the black-out period lifted on the seasonal passes we are thinking about going SOON. I am thinking the crowds may be too much for my 2.5 year old when it is 90 degrees. He is not the most patient child in the world.

I would appreciate it if any recent disney goers could report back...

DW and I are annual passholders who live in Orlando and go to the parks all the time. The weather has been brutally hot, climbing into the mid-90s every day, and until yesterday the usual afternoon thundershowers that help to cool things off haven't even been around. For the most part, the parks -- the Magic Kingdom in particular -- are still crowded. Epcot has been the least crowded. Once schools are back in session, though, it should help reduce the crowds.

I know last summer there were like terrential rains in August is that normal???

We are coming late September will it still be really hot or does it start to cool in late September???

It should still be fairly hot in late September,but not as brutal as July.

We were there 7/7 - 7/14 and did not really have trouble with crowds - just knew how to plan. Go early and then use FP we were fine. I have a 4yr old. We never waited longer than 20 minutes (posted 30) and he cruised in a stroller.
