Put me down for doing both as well. AK in the morning as that's the best time to do the Safari and then scoot over to MGM around 2:00 PM or so and spend the rest of the day there.

This thread is two years old and DisneyWife has come and gone. Some things discussed here are rendered moot due to new attractions and evening magic hours.

AK is a must withy kids young and older. We live on the west coast too and make sure to never miss AK when we go to WDW. MGM has been a hit and miss for the kids, depending on thier ages. Have fun!
