Thanksgiving Week

Anybody know how crowded it usually is at WDW during Thanksgiving week? My cousin says she heard it is a great slow time to visit but I can't image that it is true since most kids are out of school. Anybody gone then??

We like to go the week after, and frankly, it's getting to be a very popular time of year, especially with the 5+2 special.

I think the Monday and Tuesday of Thanksgiving week isn't too bad,but Wed,Thursday through Sunday is crowded.

We went during Thanksgiving weekend and thought it was one of the best trips ever. The days leading up to the Thanksgiving day were very low crowd, from Thanksgiving day thru that Sunday were very crowded, then on Monday the place was vacant again.

We did make PS for the Crystal Palace on Thanksgiving day for dinner and thought that was super, we also got tickets to MVMCP for the Friday after Thanksgiving and thought that was money very well spent!

If I remember correctly we went to AK on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and did some hotel hopping to look at the Holiday Lights, and then did a day of shopping in DownTown Disney on Sunday.

If you plan around the weekend it can be a very, very nice time to visit.

thanks for the tip, we will be there during t-day week and I am planning to do as much as we can before the crowds move in! Although not sure how many people from my area are planning to go...we have the whole week out of school. hmmmmmm.....
