Hi! Just wanted to introduce myself and ask a quick question...
Hello!
I'm brand new here at DC (very 1st post!!), and I've got a quick question.....Of all of the times my family and I have been at Disney World, we have somehow managed to miss the Jammin' Jungle Parade at AK. Our next trip back (Jan. 05) we would love to see it! Does anyone have any advice on the best places to view the parade? Also, I've heard that you can be chosen to be in the parade....Does anyone know what the trick is in getting chosen? Thanks for your time! I'm so glad I've found such a great place to talk Disney!!! Welcome to DC!! I've heard there is a place where the parade passes twice, going in a loop so you can see it going both ways. It is marked on the maps in the travel information they send out.

Welcome to DisneyCentral. Yes, there is a spot by the Tusker House restaurant and Kilmanjaro Safaris where the parade starts and ends. By far the best place to see it is right there. Either you get to see it twice, 10 minutes apart, or you can see it with no crowds when it comes by the second time, since every leaves after the first pass through.

Welcome to Disney Central. I am going in January too! Great time to visit the world! Now that you mention it, I haven't ever seen that parade either. I haven't visited AK in a bit and when I do, I never make it there until the parade time. Maybe I'll go and see it this year. Thanks for asking the question.

Welcome aboard! January is a pretty good time to go, but it means packing and carrying a sweater "just in case".
And the parade is awesome...probably my favourite one. Have fun!
