Santa at Disneyworld

I think that I remember reading that Santa is somewhere around Disney (it might actually be Downtown Disney). Can anyone tell me if this is true, because I have been telling my DD that she will be seeing Santa when we go to Disney. I really don't want to leave & find a mall so I am keeping my fingers crossed that I actually did read this!

I think he is in the Christmas parade at the MK. I don't know if he is arond the parks for greeting though. Hope so...I'll see if I cna find anything for you...

Yes, he is at DD. He is also at Epcot/Christmas around the world. There are Santas from every country.

My kids have a great photo with Santa from Canada!

I just went on all ears.net and checked through all the holiday events planned at WDW. I found santa at the AKL on 12/24-12/30 from 5pm - 6pm, but didn't notice him anywhere else. Here is the link: http://www.allearsnet.com/tp/holiday.htm check it out. Maybe I missed him some where else.

Gee, I hope they still do this. They did it two years ago, and it was really interesting. THey post what Christmas is like in that country, and they have the Santas in the country they are from.
If that makes any sense...good, if not..sorry!! It's been a long week!

Thanks so much guys for finding all of this info. for me. I would have felt horrible if I ended up telling a fib to my DD! I thought I remembered reading about Santa somewhere & she is almost as excited about seeing Santa as seeing everything else. Thanks again.

I have to say....the Santa at Downtown Disney is the BEST Santa I have ever seen in my entire life. He puts all the mall Santa's to shame.

LOL CaraMia, I was just about to say the same for the Santa and Mrs. Claus at American Pavillion in Epcot! LOLOLOL!!
