Food & Wine Festival Begins
The expanded 2004 International Food & Wine Festival, one of the highlights of the year for DW and me, began at Epcot yesterday (Oct. 1) and runs through Nov. 14. The 45-day festival is two weeks longer than ever before. If you're going to be at the WDW during this time, it's something you shouldn't miss.
More than 100 wineries are offering tastings, and guests can sample the cuisine of more than 20 international marketplaces in tasting portions ranging from $1 to $4.50. Here's the lineup and pricing for the food booths. And don't forget the daily Eat to the Beat Concert Series in the America Gardens Theater, which this year includes a two-day appearance by the Beach Boys.
