How will I get back to my resort?
I have a dinner ressie for Ohana's at 7pm. I had planned to monorail over to MK and catch the bus back to our resort (POFQ) after dinner. But the MK closes that day at 7pm. What are our options for getting back to the resort?

Poly->TTC->Epcot. You might also check and see if busses are still running over at MK before going all the way to Epcot. If the Resort Monorail is running the TTC->Contemp->MK->GF route then take a look at the busses as you glide over.

Just take a cab. It will be the quickest way back to your resort. Why take 45min to get back there when you can get there in 15?

Check with the bus driver to see how late MK busses will run, you may get lucky. I would go to DTD and wander around there after dinner, then take the boat to POFQ.

i second the cab business.....but if you dont want to pay.....take the bus from poly to dtd...and take the boat to PO...

I agree with taking a cab, it will save you a lot of time if the MK busses are not running when you finish dinner. If you want to spend some time at Downtown Disney or Pleasure Island then taking a bus to DD is a good idea but it will take you at least 45 minutes to get from the Poly to POFQ. The cab fee won't be much and I think it is money well spent.

A cab may be your best bet and it probably wouldn't be too expensive. I have taken cabs from the Boardwalk to POR and it cost around $6-$7. Not too bad to save yourself the hassle of changing from monorail to bus to boat or whatever.

I think the bus to DTD, walk around, hang out, shop, go to DQ and take the boat to POFQ sounds like a lot of fun. I have read that you have to take the boat ride to/from DTD. The captains are suppose to be great!
