I am throwing a disney themed party tomorrow and its all yellow red and black colors, I went and bought disney greatest hits 1,2,&3 and downloaded it on the laptop and now Im crying with excitement while typing. This is really getting bad! I used to ask my DH what he wanted for dinner now its - What do you want to do at Disney- I need help

LOL How about, "Where do you want to eat at Disney?" Our whole trip itinerary revolves around our PS arrangements. LOL!

Re: Post trip grief support group
That was back around Halloween- Our 90 day mark is up. We are up to 69 days and counting. Now its wether or not he wants to golf or go to disney quest or parasailing or just spending the day with us at the water park ( I need to feel less guilty for going to the spa that morning)

You shouldn't feel guilty at all and you don't need help. These trips are fun to plan and it's nice to look forward to one. Keep asking what everyone wants to do and enjoy the fun of WDW day dreaming. The real bugger is when you get back and have PDD.

Re: Post trip grief support group
Oh I feel guilty- I not only have talked my family into this but I even talked my daughters best friends mom into the same trip- She was not planning on going at all and now she is going with us. They say that misery loves company but giddie-ness loves it even more!!! The funny thing is that I believe I have been a closet disneyaholic my whole life and its just now starting to surface. Im alright for the time being- I dont own mickey mouse sheets yet-

Re: Post trip grief support group
You don't need help. There is nothing wrong with being excited about your trip to Disney. The hard part is when you get home and it will be a while before your next trip. My DS asked me last night why we couldn't move to Disney World and live in the park. He wants to live in the Stitch ride because he thinks Stitch is great and he would be close to Buzz another favorite. When I asked him wehre I would live, he told me I could live in the castle and be a queen. Come to think of it, wouldn't that be a dream come true to live at Disney everyday. Then again, maybe not who wants the real world crowding into the most magical place on earth...

Re: Post trip grief support group
Aw that is cute- my son would agree with the stitch thing- my kids still believe that the characters live in the park full time. I just love the magic- I tell people all the time that its not like six flaggs or any other park for that matter- you truly get sucked in when you are there. I cry all the time there - music makes me cry- the fireworks make me cry- the parades make me cry - my kids make me cry - the food makes me cry- oh heck - I even cried on the transport to the parks out of excitement. The sad thing is Im not an overly sentimental person so I must be addicted. :)

Re: Post trip grief support group
It is VERY hard to come back to reality after a great trip!! Our last trip was cut short by Hurricane Jeanne and it was so hard to have to leave two days early!!! I still feel like we were jipped! But it gives me a reason to go back!!
When you are sad after your trip this is a great place to come for some comfort!! I read trip reports over and over sometimes!! So please bring back a trip report to remember!!!You know, some people live paycheck to paycheck..... I live Disney trip to Disney trip!!! Enjoy your trip!!!
