MVMCP Tickets - How many?
Does anyone know how many of these tickets are sold for any given party date?

Disney doesn't released how many tickets they sell, but it has be estimated to be in the 15,000 to 20,000 range for each night.

Yes it is a small number, keep in mind though all 15000 - 20000 guest must go though the one entrance around 7pm. At first the crowds look horrifying, but relax, we all spread out at a nice pace. I would imagine that is why they sometimes have a "soft" opening upto an hour or more?

I have heard that weekends are always more crowded. We are going on a Friday night, meeting up with a bunch of family members who live in Florida.
Also, as the night goes on into the later hours, the crowds really diminish (SP??). They did at MNSSHP

Right now, only 12/17 is sold out. The Friday and Saturday night events tend to draw a lot of locals. If you can go during the week, it will be less crowded.

I see now that the 10th and 17th are both sold out. Both being Fridays. Are the other days usually sold out. We will be in WDW from the 7-17 and haven't bought our tickets yet. Plans aren't made for any day, we are just going to go with the flow. I'm hoping when we check in on the 7th I will be able to get tickets for one of the days we will be there. Do they usually all sell out? How are my chances of being able to get one of the days out of the 2 weeks we are there?
