Disney Visa Rewards
I'm sorry if I should have placed this some where else.
We've had our Disney Visa for 3 months now and can't seem to get on the BankOne website. I've tried www.BankOne.com/Disney many times and I just get an error message saying that BankOne can't find the page, is there somewhere else I can go to find out information about rewards and special deals?? Thanks for any help. |

FirstUSA is the credit card arm of BancOne.
You should be able to get to the site with www.bancone.com/disney BancOne is with a c not a k (this is why www.BankOne.com/Disney didn't work for you).

the other thing that works is to use the site that is on your bill. That is where I got it from www.BankOne.com/Disney that is on this months bill

Ok I just looked at my bill and it says www.bankone.com...they must have changed the spelling of their name in the past couple of months. They use to be BancOne and that spelling in the URL takes you to the BankOne site. Anyway the www.bancone.com/disney forwards you to the proper firstUSA site.

too many banks and too many merges-
Im pissed at them right now because I have been paying as I spend and lumped the trip on the card. They gave me a confirmation # on Friday last week and then when I called on monday they said I was over my limit and could not make another payment till Tuesday because it was not 3 business days. Hey! IF I can charge on thanksgiving and they can post on thanksgiving- it should count as them doing business- ARGH! I have to call when I get the bill to make sure they take off the over balance charge. Then when I went to make the payment I tried to make one for more than I owed to ensure that this does not happen again and they said I can only pay what I owe. I was sooooooooooo frustrated!
