What is the strangest thing in WDW?

What is the strangest thing you have ever seen at Walt Disney World? Now if any of you say an Irish/Disney Freak heading towards the Jungle Cruise...well that was me! It can be a person, character, food, etc!!!! Voice up!

Re: What is the strangest thing in WDW?

some of the soda's in Epcots soda tasting booth are pretty freaky!
I have caught two cm kissing once- I was very surprised by that!!
I have also seen pictures that are coincidence but look bad of a character behind a bent over mom that is really picking something up.

I can't recall seeing anything weird at Disney. Kind of a side to that. I heard that EVERYTHING is cleansed everynight, so that if you put something, like a candy wrapper or gum UNDER a garbage can it won't be there the next day. I've never tried, but would like to see if it's true.

Those extruded star cross-sectioned long fried cinnamon desserts you can buy at the San Angel Inn restaurant in Epcot world showcase. I felt like I was eating some type of house insulation!

Weirdest thing ever: A convention of pre-teen cheerleader/dancing girls, dozens and dozens of them, sitting all over the floor of the lobby and bar area of the hotel, with their hair up in high ponytails, and then in hair rollers on top of that! They were getting ready for theeir show the next day, I guess, but they looked pretty odd like that.

Re: What is the strangest thing in WDW?

Actually I think the fact that a bear-suited CM got the reference when I made an inside joke about something bear-related may be the strangest. Then again, perhaps not so surprising!

Re: What is the strangest thing in WDW?

I guess it wasn't all that weird...but I still marvel over the singing bus driver...his name was Rocco. He has to be one of my fondest WDW memories! He must've serenaded us with every Disney song he could think of, grinning from ear to ear the entire time. Just me and my best friend, sitting on the bus to DTD, with Rocco the bus driver serenading us.

It was surreal! He was too cool.

Re: What is the strangest thing in WDW?

I saw an alligator in the MK once. We were riding the train from toontown to main street and he was right in the grass. He was small, only about 3 feet long, but he was definitely a surprise.

Re: What is the strangest thing in WDW?

I saw an elderly lady dressed in what appeared to be a black lace prom-like dress. It was not suitable for someone that age or ahh body-type. That was a bit "off". The dress was clearly made for a teen or someone in their late teens, early twenties. I have no idea where she was going, but the people with her were dressed casually in shorts and T-s. I honestly thought she was a character at first and when I realized that she wasn't, I am ashamed to say that my DD and I giggled a bit. I can't imagine a dress like that being comfortable in MGM in the Ocotber temps of 85....whatever I guess.

Karliebug-
me and my DD saw a gator in Mk in the water at Tom's island....we were VERY surprised too. It was actually kinda cool to see one in the wild.
