I recently purchased a PAL Mickey at a good price. It sounded like fun for the family (children 7 and 4). I'm having a bit of buyers remorse and I also wonder how we will carry him around??? My friends think I've gone completely crazy with this purchase and I don't dare tell my husband until we are there (46 days). Is he just going to be stuffed in a backpack the whole time??? I'm sure the kids will not want to carry him for more than 15 minutes.
How do people carry PAL Mickey around???

Some people clip him on a fanny pack. We put him on a laynard and took turns carrying him. He is fun, the kids won't mind carrying him.

Does he have a loop of material that you thread through the fanny pack??

I think he has a little clip on him. You could also clip him to the backpack or attach him to a little one's stroller. The thing is that you want him close to you though so that when he vibrates you feel it and know he is going to tell you something.

We keep him on our back pack strap up near our ear....when he vibrates you can easily hear what he has to say.

When we kept him our our waist, we'd have to unclip him each time to hear what he had to say.

We also clip him on the top loop of our backpack. We bought one of those D rings you see in the check out lane many places. I think it's really a rock/mountain climber clamp. It costs about $2 and it's much better than the clip that came with Pal Mickey.
