When you are posting use the advance feature. Look in the control area (below the message area). You will see near the bottom of that list "attach image". Click the button and you will be presented with dialog to select images to attach to your post.
That should get you started...

Did you want that image to show up next to your name each time your post? Just click on the edit avatar in the "quick links" at the top of the page.
