Guest of Honor badge

Does anyone know if Disney Still has the Guest of Honor badges?

I read a few threads about them, but they were all several months old.

I went to www.laughingplace.com and they no longer carry them. Any suggestions?

Re: Guest of Honor badge

I was in MGM yesterday and I asked this very question. The CM I spoke to said that they were just out of them. I asked when they were getting them in again and she said next week. Hopefully, the next time I go,I'll be able to get one.

Re: Guest of Honor badge

I hope they get them in withing the next 21 days.

I use to work for Six Flags and still have several of my Name Badges, would like a WDW one to go with them.

Wonder if I could talk a CM named Scott to trade me?

Re: Guest of Honor badge

Yeah, I talked to an MGM CM who told me the badges were a thing of the past. I also was told that at DTD by a CM.

At Belz Outlet, I found a hanful of leftovers with uncommon names. The CM there said WDW was not selling them anymore.

I would prefer Mickaholic's information to be right, but three CM's at three retail centers told me otherwise.

Re: Guest of Honor badge

I am so glad DH and I still have our original "Guest of Honor Badges". Infact, they say "guest of honor", our name, plus our city and state. We bring them with us everytime we visit Disney. You would be suprised the people asking us where we got them. They are definately a conversation piece when we are wearing them.... JOANN

Re: Guest of Honor badge

I just looked on Giftsofalifetime.com, where I got ours last year, and the site is saying that WDW is sold out of them.

It was a lot of fun wearing them, once I got DH and DS in the habit of putting them on before we left the room. As Joann said, they really did make a great conversation piece. People would ask were you got them from. I am so glad that I kept them.

Re: Guest of Honor badge

Unfortunately, the CM's at the MGM store told me they were sold out and should be getting them anyday, too. That was the beginning of December.

Someone needs to let those people know there are no more GOH badges.

Thanks, Magoo. It sounds like they are back in stock and selling fast. We have one for my DS but if the style is different we will have to get a new one for him.

If you are intrested it looks like you can call the Christmas store at Downtown Disney and order the GoH badges and have them shipped to your home. The number for the Christmas store is 1-407-828-2042.
