How to predict extra magic hours?
We're going end of April/beginning of May. I want to start making PS's, but I don't know where we'll be! It depends on which park opens early and -- more imporantly as it's just tough getting out before everyone makes it to the park anyway -- which one is open the extra hours. We're really looking forward to having a park open late. The Disney website doesn't have any April hours up yet. Have the same parks been open early/late consistently? Is there a set schedule yet?

Go to www.allearsnet.com . They have the EMH schedule posted as far as they have it. There is a general schedule, but some weeks they are making changes to it so they can test the best schedule.

It's still kind of a guessing game. I suggest making PS based on what allearsnet says, and be prepared to make some changes the day April hours are posted.

Re: How to predict extra magic hours?
Maybe book more than one PS for everyday, and then you can cancel some.

Re: How to predict extra magic hours?
I kinda judged by what Allearsnet had posted for prior months. It does make it a little difficult to plan, and make a PS, without knowing the hours of the parks. Do you have PS' that are going to be popular? If not, try to wait until the hours are out and then make your PS'.

Re: How to predict extra magic hours?
Urgh, found the chart at http://www.allearsnet.com/tp/emhour.htm , and there isn't all that much consistency to it. It looks like the same, and then suddenly there's a change. Which would probably be just on the day we tried to make a PS!
Luckily we aren't going for princess stuff, so it's not super hard PSs we're after. Hmm, if we do Chef Mickey's for breakfast and just don't do the extra morning hour, that will be o.k. regardless of the evening schedule... But unfortunately that doesn't help w/ lunch and dinner reservations. Hmmm. I guess I'll give it some more time and hope the hours get set about a month ahead of time. We want stuff like the restaurant in Morroco, Coral Reef, the restaurant in Canada etc. Maybe it'll be o.k. if I don't make those until a month or three weeks before?
