Most needed rehab

What rehab do you think is most needed? I would like to see a rehab for Space Mountain, Pirates, and the Haunted Mansion. But I voted for Pirates. So much more could be done with this ride.

Snow White's Adventure. I would love to see that ride updated or completely changed into something else.

I like Snow White. Not because it's a spectacular ride, but because it has one of the shortest lines in the evening. I ride Snow White 3 or 4 times in a row. But I would not mind a rehab of the ride at all.

Re: Most needed rehab

Spaceship Earth!!!!!!!!!! The thing is soooooo far out of date, and has the potential to be a great ride.

Living Seas is already getting a rehab piece by piece, and people still ride Space Mountain by the gobs, so it isn't in desperate need to the ride.

I understand , but another good new and better attraction in Fantasy Land may evenly distribute the lines a bit more too. There will be more choices I think. I only go on Snow White once every few years. It's not a must do, will do or even a care if I do attraction for me anymore./ Little line or not, it's just not entertaining anymore to me. They can do so much better and have.

Re: Most needed rehab

I would like to add a new dark ride, possibly Beauty and the Beast, back in the 20K lagoon area. I feel that Fantasyland needs every dark ride it can get, so just give Snow White an intense rehab and leave it at that.

Re: Most needed rehab

I voted for Space Mt.
If not some updating, at least it could use a good cleaning. The part where you go up the first hill, were the 2 "people" are, the windows to their little control room are filthy from dust, gum, spit and other substances that idiots have thrown at them.

Has anyone noticed how dusty HM is. Cobwebs every where!

Seriously, I voted Indy Speedway. DS loves that ride. I hate it. It is so slow moving and uninspiring. It's the most "unimaginative" ride at MK. I'd love to see it rehab in such a way to allow for more lanes (i.e. faster load/unload), and a little more "magic."

Re: Most needed rehab

I voted Other...

Since they're not keeping 20K, they really need to turn it into something cool, something that will be a big draw. I don't think a character greet area is going to cut it, so hopefully they will turn it into a ride or just plain GOOD attraction after the 50th.

I voted for Indy too...both DH and DS were so excited about their first times on this ride on our October trip and what a disappointment! I mean, DS thought it was cool (he's 4) but DH and I (I rode in a car alone...BORING!) thought it was desparately in need of some Disney Magic!

Re: Most needed rehab

I've heard of a possible rehab of the Indy Speedway to the upcoming Disney/Pixar film Cars. That would be a huge plus to the ride, and hopefully a new station as well. That would add some much needed Disney Magic.

I voted for Indy Speedway. My DS loves this ride but it needs a bit of an update.

Re: Most needed rehab

I voted Carousel of Progress. I love the ride the way it is - I think they should keep it that way, since they say it was Walt's project. (I would quote the opener to this ride if I could remember it! :whistle) But with all the new technology and everything, I think they need to update the people a little. Also the people's clothes in the last scene! They're supposed to be a family living in the future, but they look like they're stuck in the 80's.
