Hello everyone! Hope all you DCers are doing well. I haven't been posting to much lately. Life has been happening - very busy. I just nosed around a little and seems like DCer's are happy as ever about WDW.

Does anyone know what the crowds are like this week at Disney? Didn't know if it might be quiet since it's a week before Spring Breaks probably start and FL kids are doing there Fcap tests.

Just wondering if we could take a short trip and see Cinderella's new crib and see if we could find a soft opening for It's a Small world...

We were at magic Kingdom on saturday, March 12th. It wasnt too crowded at all. We only had like a 5 minute wait for Peter Pan at 9:30am. Towards the middle of the afternoon, about 3pm or so, the crowds picked up. I think the cheerleading event must have finished about then because we started seeing alot of cheerleaders and their families in the park about that time. There was a long wait in toontown to meet n greet the Princesses (about 25 minutes), but the wait for Pooh n Friends was about 10 minutes.

It didnt seem like there were alot of Spring Breakers or even alot of people from Daytona (bike week) last weekend. The weather was beautiful though. Have fun if you go...btw, the castle does look great!

Thanks Caramia. Living so close to WDW has it's pros and cons. What I mean is every day we go through the pros and cons of should we go or not. ... Being new Floridians it's so tempting to just pick up and go. We do it a lot. Also having Seasonal Passes and getting ready to be blocked out for awhile, I would love to take a quick trip. DH said he will try to get home sooner than normal but doesn't know if he can do it.. so we will have to see...

I was there all last week...last tuesday it was impossible to get through Magic Kingdom..soooo many people...Then it rained a bit on Wednesday, and it was empty...As for the other parks, they were pretty much fine..MGM was a bit crowded, but all week epcot seemed like there was nobody there...don't know why that one day MK was so crowded, but it worked out for us in the end...Happy trips to all those going soon...I had a blast, and its a little sad coming home.

Just remember that attendance should be ramping up the next two weeks because of all of the people coming to town for Spring Break. It should be very busy next week and the week after, then begin to die down beginning April 3rd! Good luck!

I was there last weekend--if the cheerleaders are gone i'll say you'll have a great time--if they are sitll there...dont go...just stay home and watch disney movies
